The food here is fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices, and the property is conveniently located near the funicular.

the place was exceptionally clean, i booked the standard room with river views, everything was perfect. i was here for 3 nights and ate at gourmet restaurant with equally good food. the location was stunning - really close to the ruta del cares, the cave up behind the property and beautiful nature.

The staff was average.

It was gorgeous, neat and with a comfortable bed. We where in a stunning and good location really close to the cave up behind the property, the mountains and the Cares Gorge.

the surroundings of beautiful mountains and the close proximity to a supermarket and the town of Arenas made it the perfect location. the hotel owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with maps and directions for beautiful walks in the area. the rooms were spotlessly clean, and mine even had a bathtub, which was great after a long day of hiking. I also loved the delicious dinners and the complimentary breakfast, one of the best I've had in all my travels. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Cons: Everything I needed and wanted was provided.

The bed in the standard king room was extremely comfy, and the room had a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. the decoration was comfortable and inviting. - the location is stunning and lovely, not far from the nearby cave, with easy access. - the gourmet restaurant nearby served fabulous food.

I can't fault this place in any shape or form. It's been an extremely nice stay. The room we had was more than I expected. We had a walk-in wardrobe and the bed was really comfy. The breakfast was delicious and lots of tasty homemade cakes to choose from. It's a 2 star hotel but it has been way better than some 4 star places I stayed at in the past. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes peace and quiet and hikes in the mountains. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
